When you place an order, we will send you a Do-It-Yourself Dental Impression Kit.
The Kit will contain the materials to make a dental impression, a step-by-step guide with detailed instructions.
Once we receive your finished dental impression, We will custom make your custom grill and send you back the finished product (along with the dental impressions, in case you’d like to order again in the future).

If the customer chooses the SILVER material option and any other color then WHITE then the silver will be plated with 14K ROSE or YELLOW GOLD.

We just want to make sure you’re getting the correct grill — no mistakes, no assumptions.
For example:
– A customer might accidentally purchase a gold-plated grill, when they actually wanted solid gold — in that case, there would be an additional charge, but we prefer to confirm that first rather than assume anything.
– Another customer may want a VVS moissanite silver grill, but selected a lower DS clarity instead — again, we’ll double-check before we move forward.
In any situation like this, your original payment will be treated as a down payment, and we’ll apply it toward the corrected or upgraded piece. If there’s an overpayment for any reason, we’ll credit your account or apply it to your next order — no worries.
